Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 May 2026

lilgeckos.com is a personal blog about keeping and breeding leopard geckos, run by an individual hobbyist. This policy explains what data we handle.

The website

The site is a static blog hosted on GitHub Pages. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics. Standard web-server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider, GitHub, as described in GitHub's Privacy Statement.

Our posting tool and the YouTube API

We use a private tool to publish our own posts and videos to our own social channels, including our own YouTube channel. This tool uses YouTube API Services. It only uploads and reads content for the channel we own — it does not access, collect, or store any data about site visitors, viewers, or other YouTube users.

In using YouTube features, our tool complies with the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke our tool's access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page.
